Rates are $2100 per night, plus 4.166% GE tax, 7.25% TA tax, $800 one-time housekeeping fee plus 4.166% GE tax, and $3500 security deposit. $100 per hour (min 2 hours) mid-stay cleans. $100 per hour (min 2 hours) for extra cleaning requested by guests. 50% of total is due for reservation deposit. Full Payment must be made 60 days prior to arrival and 90 days prior to arrival for Holiday bookings.
Holiday rates are $2600 per night during Christmas/New Year (December 21 through January 3, 2009) 1 week minimum stay

Policies:
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT: The initial rental payment to hold the reservation is due within 7
days of booking, to confirm
your reservation. The security deposit is included with the initial
payment. The balance due for the rental is to be paid 60 days prior to arrival.
Return of your deposit may take 30 to 60 days due to telephone billing periods.
If booking/payment is within 30 days of check-in date, the funds may need to
be paid in 'cash form' - Bank/Cashier's Check, Traveler's Check, or Money Order.
CANCELLATION/REFUNDS: For cancellations prior to 60 days
of your check-in
date , your deposit will be refunded, less a $200.00 administration fee.
Cancellations made in less than 60 days prior to arrival date will be
refunded only if your cancelled reservation is rebooked, less a $200.00
administration fee. If only a portion of your cancelled reservation is
rebooked, we will refund your nightly rate, less any discounts given, for
each night rebooked.
