Policies:
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT: The initial rental payment to hold the reservation
is $500, due 90 Days Prior To Arrival. The security deposit of $500 is included in the initial deposit.
The balance due for the rental is to be paid 90 days prior to arrival.
Return of your deposit may take 30 days. Security Deposit is
refundable if there are no damages.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation received 61 days or more prior
to scheduled arrival results in return of all monies prepaid, less
$100 administrative fee. Cancellation received 60 days prior to scheduled
arrival will result in forfeiture of rent + GET + TAT. Housekeeping
and Security Deposit will be returned in full. |
