| Policies:
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT: The initial rental payment to hold the reservation
is 50% of the rental rate, due 90 Days Prior To Arrival. The security deposit is included in the initial deposit.
The balance due for the rental is to be paid 90 days prior to arrival.
Return of your deposit may take 30 days. Security Deposit is
refundable if there are no damages.
Cleaning Fee: $400.00
$1,000 Security Deposit -Children under 12 may require additional
security deposit
Private Chef, Catering and Additional Maid Service Available for
an additional fee when booked in advance
Rate listed is a minimum rate. Taxes, cleaning charges, security
deposit and reservation fees may apply. Rates may vary based on season
