Policies:
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT: The initial rental payment to hold the reservation
is 50% of the rental rate, due 90 Days Prior To Arrival. The security deposit is included in the initial deposit.
The balance due for the rental is to be paid 90 days prior to arrival.
Return of your deposit may take 30 days. Security Deposit is
refundable if there are no damages.
CANCELLATION/REFUNDS: Cancellation Fee: $500. Withheld from reservation fees. We may retainup to $500 at our discretion if a reservation is canceled and
subsequently replaced at the same rate and for the same term. Also
applies to pro-rata refunds. NO REFUND UNLESS RE-RENTED.
